By using Gesture Replay Kit, you agree to use it lawfully and with permission from people whose movement data you process. The project is a developer test tool, not a safety system, identity service, medical device, surveillance product, or game engine.

Open-source library and free viewer

The npm library and its source are provided under the MIT License. They are supplied “as is,” without warranties. You are responsible for testing gesture rules in the context where they will be used and for meeting consent, privacy, child-safety, and deletion obligations.

Prohibited use

Do not use this product to identify people, estimate age, infer protected traits, monitor people without consent, or reconstruct and distribute sensitive motion data. Do not place secrets or directly identifying details in fixture metadata.

Adapter Pack purchase

The Adapter Pack is a $19 one-time license for one purchaser’s use. The license unlocks the adapter snippets described on the purchase page; it does not include detector models, cloud storage, or future paid products. Sociobot/Dodo is the merchant of record. Checkout, tax, and eligible refunds are handled there. Refunded, expired, revoked, or wrong-product licenses will no longer unlock paid content.

Availability and liability

We may update the open format compatibly or add a new version when required. Keep copies of fixtures and code you need; the hosted viewer may change. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the authors are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the product.
